Creating Braille fonts
A Braille font is a combination of:
- Braille code (alphabet), which defines how Braille characters (letters, numerals, punctuation marks) are visualized.
- Braille standard (matrix). TIP: This is a size-and-spacing specification for a Braille matrix. It defines the diameter of the dots that form the Braille characters, their dot-to-dot and row-to-row distances, and other properties.
