The Sheet Placement step appears.
Set the number of rows and columns of the layout: select the Fill By Counts option, and then in Rows and Columns consecutively set the number of rows and columns — 4 rows x 3 columns.
note: When you apply the changes in the number of rows, the Different second row check box must be selected. This indicates that the second row has a different offset and these changes will be applied to every even row. We will also clear the Different second row check box. This will result in the overlapping of the second and the third rows.
Due to the different second row, apply corrections manually: to switch to the Align 2-nd column and row dialog box, click Corrections. Click Align Vertical Center , and then select consecutively the uppermost vertical line of the first row's tuck in and the lowermost vertical line of the second row, corresponding tuck-in. They are aligned to become collinear, without overlapping.
Click OK.
