If you position the first point of a HV rectangle, in Dx enter a value of 100 mm, and then press TAB to move to Dy, when you point to define the location of the second vertex point of the rectangle, the rectangle preview is restricted by the defined Dx of 100 mm. To drag the object preview freely again, in Dx or Dy, enter 0.00, and then press TAB to move to the next edit box.
The zero-value rule applies only for distance values.
