You can make corrections to a layout either manually — by dragging the layout 1ups, aligning them, adjust layout 1up's sheet properties — or through the layout template.

PROCEDURAL STEPS
(Having a layout drawing opened) Delete rows and/or columns (here: the third row and the third column) in the layout: select the rows/columns, right-click in the graphical area, and then click Delete on the context menu.
Drag 1ups in the layout (in our case: the two topmost 1ups).
On the Layout toolbar, clickAlign Parts, and then align the parts.
