A concentric relation can exist only between two circular objects — circles, arcs and fillets. If there is a concentric relation between two objects, this means that their centers coincide.
You cannot set a concentric relation implicitly. When during drawing you make a circular object concentric to another circular object — for example, when you position the center point of a circular object onto the center point of another circular object — an on relation is detected between the two centers, not a concentric one.
There is no indicator for this relation.
To detect a concentric relation explicitly
IMPORTANT: Snapping depends on the position of the first or the second control point of the circular object you are drawing. Because of potential conflicts, snapping is often impossible.
