We’ve added 50+ new templates to our extensive library, now offering over 2,550 resizable standards for packaging and displays. Whether working with carton, corrugated, rigid board, or other sheet materials, you’ll find more options to kickstart your designs and deliver faster turnarounds.

Refined Keyword Search for Templates

Searching through EngView’s comprehensive library of packaging and display designs has become easier. We have indexed all designs to support more keywords, so when you search for packaging for vegetables, for example, your results will show suitable options.

Object Filters for Enhanced Precision

The new Object Filters functionality allows you to define filters via the Tools Preferences menu. These filters can be applied to select specific objects in your drawing, making it easier to extract valuable statistical information for project presentations and cost estimations.

For example, you can count objects that meet defined criteria and calculate the total length of selected objects.

Custom Material Properties

Materials in EngView can now be enriched with custom properties to seamlessly align with materials defined in your clients’ catalogs. This enhancement facilitates smoother integration with other software, such as Zund Cut Center (ZCC). By defining custom properties like GUIDs, you can easily connect EngView materials with corresponding materials in external systems and improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors. This feature supports integrations EngView provides with ERP and workflow systems.

Enhancements in 3D HTML Export

We’ve introduced significant updates to our 3D HTML export functionality to enhance your collaboration and presentation capabilities:

• Solid and Transparent Visualization: Switch seamlessly between solid and transparent views of models in 3D HTML exports using a new control bar button.

• Improved Control Toolbar: The redesigned toolbar mirrors the familiar interface from Shared Space, making navigation and interaction more intuitive.

• Viewpoint Support: Play folding sequences with all the viewpoints you’ve inserted, ensuring that every angle and detail is captured in your presentation.
