Selecting by dragging

You can select objects by dragging the mouse around the objects you need selected. You do the selection:

• By dragging a rectangle across the graphical area that encompasses the objects you need selected.
• By using lasso selection.

Before making a selection you need to choose a selection mode — by a single click or by two clicks — and define the application zone in which the selection will take place.
